First, we make tikkis for the bun chaat. For the tikkis we mix all the
ingredients except oil and make tikkis.

Heat 2 -3 tbsp oil in a pan. Fry the tikkis in medium heat till they turn golden brown from both sides,

Remove them in a plate.

Now, we make the batter. Take 1 cup of gram flour in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, and baking soda and make a little thick batter with some water.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Cut the buns in to two pieces (in the middle). Dip each piece in the batter and deep fry till golden brown
on medium heat.

Remove them in a paper napkin. Our bun is ready.

Now our tikkis and buns are ready for making the chaat.

Place two piece of buns to a plate.

Spread the green chutney and place the tikkis.

Add some chickpeas and onion.

Add the roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, black salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, green chutney, tamarind chutney and sev.
